Nombramiento del Director General de Ordenación del Juego.
Juan Espinosa era desde julio de 2013 Subdirector General de Regulación del Juego. Es Licenciado en Derecho y Administrador Civil del Estado, y posee un Máster en Política Europea e Internacional (Universidad de Edimburgo) y un Master en Economía para el Derecho de la Competencia (Universidad de Londres- King′s College). Además de la experiencia sectorial derivada de su anterior desempe?o en la DGOJ, cuenta con una profunda trayectoria profesional en el campo del dise?o y análisis de la regulación de los distintos sectores de la actividad económica como consecuencia de su paso por la Comisión Nacional de la Competencia, donde desde 2008 hasta 2013 fue Subdirector de Relaciones con las Administraciones Públicas en la Dirección de Promoción de la Competencia.
Appointment Director-General for the Regulation of Gambling
The Council of Ministers, by Royal Decree 753/2016, of December 30th, has appointed Mr. Juan Espinosa García as Director-General for the Regulation of Gambling.
Juan Espinosa was to that date and from July 2013 Deputy Director General for Gambling Regulation. He has a Law Degree (University of Granada) and is a member of the Spanish High Corps of Civil Service Administrators. He also holds a Masters Degree (M.Sc.) in European and International Politics from the University of Edingburgh and another Masters Degree (M.A.) in Economics for Competition Law from the University of London-King′s College. In addition to his sectoral experience resulting from his previous position at DGOJ, he also boasts an extensive professional practice in the field of design and analysis of regulation for all sectors of economic activity, as a consequence of his five year tenure as Deputy Director (Relations with Public Administrations) at the Advocacy Division in Spain′s National Competition Commission.
